Directions

The Protected Area System of River Po and Collina Torinese consists of 14 protected areas, involving three Provinces (Turin, Cuneo, Vercelli). Therefore, it is not possible to provide in detail all the many and varied methods you can access each nature reserve.

If you want to visit the protected areas managed by the Park Authority, it is recommended to use the method bike + train, following the long network of cycle facilities, or to choose one of the following solutions.

By Train

Crossed by several railway lines, River Po and Collina Torinese Park is easily accessible using the method "train + bike". Almost all the departure and arrival points of the Park cycle facilities, as well as many towns situated along the way, have a railway station. Therefore, visitors can reach by train the departure point of the tour, carrying the bike with them. The presence of several railway stations also favors the planning of itineraries ending in a place different from the departure point.
On the map of the cycle facilities, the railway stations that can be used for the tours "train + bike" are highlighted.

The trains crossing Po and Collina Torinese Park are managed by the companies Trenitalia and GTT.
