Definition
Alpino is a chocolate with a filling of liquor cream, wrapped up in a silver-color aluminum foil.
The liquor is obtained from a mixture of aromas, but the recipe is kept secret. If preserved at a temperature of no more than 20°C and a maximum relative humidity of 50%, the product maintains its characteristic fragrance for about 60 days.
